This magnificent gathering of freshly-emptied bourbon barrels is about to be awash in our massively delicious Monsters’ Park imperial stout. We’ll be unveiling this miracle elixir next year, once it achieves the zenith of its pleasure-potential. Scoring Barrels:

Today our friends from @cascadebrewing stopped by to continue to work on our collaboration brew. This collaboration will be with @brueryterreux, but why not stop by our main lab for a clean barrel tasting while visiting? As we taste through each and every barrel, notes are entered into a program called Barrel-IT made by @zymurtech which helps us develop a plan for our blending. #themoreyouknow #barrelagedbeer #craftbeer #famillerue
